あたたかい日に包まれて、菜っぱが活き活きと育つような、そして根っこもしっかりした、明るい未来に建つ建物のお話をしていきます。
程良く遊び心があったり楽しいデザインだったり、程良く建主様らしさがでていたり、でも使い勝手は
ちゃんと考え抜かれている...。そんな、住む人にも、ご近所の方にもあたたかい、楽しい建物を建てるべく、日々コツコツと仕事させていただいています。
We are an architectural design firm based in Kyoto, Japan.
We specialize in the preservation and revitalization of Kyo-machiya, traditional Kyoto townhouses. Our mission is to preserve the beauty of Japanese culture and craftsmanship and pass it on to future generations and the world.
Kyo-machiya are traditional wooden buildings that have shaped Kyoto’s streets for centuries. Their narrow façades, deep interiors, inner gardens, wooden latticework, and shoji screens reflect a unique Japanese way of living in harmony with nature and the changing seasons.
The sound of rain, the soft light through shoji, the scent of wood, and the breeze through a garden create a quiet beauty that can be experienced through all five senses.
We respect the history and character of each Kyo-machiya while creating comfortable spaces for modern life. Through our work, we preserve their cultural value and carry it into the future.

日菜設計室は、以前建っていた築100年以上の京町屋の建材建具等を多く再利用して建てています。
昔の台所「おくどさん」等も残っており、京の文化を伝承しつつ次の世代へとつないでいく、そんな願いを込めた新旧折りまざった事務所となっています。

Our new studio is located in Nakagyo Ward, where many historical landmarks and traditional townhouses still remain.
The building showcases traditional Japanese design and craftsmanship using natural materials. Inside, you can see an original wood-fired cooking stove, known as an *okudo-san*, as well as doors from a townhouse that was built over 100 years ago.

一級建築士であり、2児の母でもあります。
家を建てる際に大切にされる、住む方の思いはとても多様で、一つとして同じものはありません。特に頻繁に利用されるキッチンや洗濯といった家事動線は、住宅づくりにとても大切です。
それぞれの使い方やご要望を生活スタイルに合わせ、丁寧な住まい作りを行います。
また、思い出の詰まった古き良き材料を活かしながら、新しいものとの融合を大切にデザインします。
I am a registered First-Class Architect and interior designer based in Kyoto, Japan, with over 20 years of experience designing a wide range of projects, including residences, retail spaces, office buildings, and medical clinics.
I earned a Master's degree in Housing and Environmental Design from Osaka City University.
After working at several architectural firms, I founded Hina Architects Studio in 2009.
I am also a proud mother of two children.
Likes:
Traveling, visiting bars, camping, and staying positive.
Dislikes:
Being sick, green peas, and Mondays.

どちらの駅からも歩いて6～7分程静かな住宅街にあります。
新撰組でおなじみの壬生寺の近くです。
観光がてら、お気軽にお立ち寄りください。
お車でお越しの場合
敷地内に駐車場があります。前面道路がそれほど広くありませんのでお気をつけてお越し下さい。
よほどの事情がない限り、近日中に何らかの返信をさせて頂きます。
